Amendments to AARINENA Constitution

The Amendments to AARINENA's Constitution proposed by the Executive Committee meeting held in Muscat, Oman ,January 2008, is now available here:Amendments to AARINENA Constitution.
According to Article XV of the Constitution, proposals for amendments shall be circulated to all full Members at least sixty days before the session of the General Conference to be held in October 20, 2008 in Damascus-Syria. These amendments shall be adopted by a two thirds majority vote of all full members present at the session.
