Governance of AARINENA

The organs of the Association are :

(a) The General Conference; and

(b) The Executive Committee.

The President shall normally preside at all meetings of the Conference and the Executive Committee. He shall be the Association's spokesman in all matters of policy approved by the Association or the Executive Committee, and he shall represent the Association in all legal matters.

The Vice-President shall perform all duties of the President in the absence of the latter, and such other duties as may be assigned to him by the President.
